John Cannon was the guest speaker @ Import Car Show, Brooks Hall, San Francisco, Nov. 30, 1968. The guest speakers were always big names at this event. BTW, I can still remember passing by his pit that weekend. Just him and his crew. No visitors that I saw. After the race and ceremonies had concluded I went over to his pit. It was so crowded that I couldn’t get near him ! Everybody wanted to be his new friend !.
